shocking..

i always knew that the entertainment segment in the newspaper has shifted to the front..(our politicians are like cartoons).. but something hit me recently.. there is now a horror segment too!

PAS spiritual leader, Nik Aziz said he is willing to forgive Umno if it apologized..WTH!? As a small boy growing up, i have never ever heard of an advise which says, "forgive only if ppl say sorry"..and this dude is a spiritual leader of the religion they call "right"? Don't Muslim belivers question or look into what they are following before just diving into it?? Its really shocking and upseting for me.. its like a blunder that just passes closed eyes!

and he said, "do you think it is easy to forgive? If it was easy to forgive and forget immediately after a wrong is done there would be no point in learning history." Sweet Mother of Ganja!! so we have to wait till the issue becomes "history" before forgiving??

i dont know how to write anymore..i dont know how to lay out my thoughts in words..i've never felt this stirred up before..but what is for sure, the work of the evil one is being exposed outrightly in the world and many dont realize or just dont care less..

my mentor told me this interesting phrase.. If we (Christians) don't reach out to the prison, the prison will reach out to us..

Surveys has been made and show that most prisoners come out worse than they went in..out with new techniques, experience from other inmates, and the will to beat the system they were defeated in.. and when they come out, we are gonna get worse criminals..

If we don't reach out to them, the prison will reach out to us.. Its simply means that if we have worse criminals, we have to fence up our house..put alarm systems, barb wire, rare K-9es, dozens of padlocks, and even to the extend of staying in a gated community where there is a guard house at the entry.. Don't that sound exactly like a prison? without realization, we have brought prisons to our house..we have made our homes prisons..

Therefore, we as Christians should take that step of caring for our society.. reach out to them while they are still in prison..show that there are actually ppl who love them.. as i believe, as long as a person is still alive there is hope..all that is needed is someone to show them that..relating to this, prison ministry is on my to-do-list after SPM..
